WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative John McGuire (VA-05), today voted for the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, legislation that ensures that babies born after an abortion receive care.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative John McGuire (VA-05), today released the following statement about the passage of the Laken Riley Act, legislation which would require Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to take into custody aliens who have been charged in the United States with theft: 

LYNCHBURG, VA. – U.S. Representative John McGuire (VA-05) today announced the opening of a temporary district office location in Lynchburg, Virginia.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative John McGuire (VA-05) today voted for the Preventing Violence Against Women by Aliens Act, legislation that demands that aliens who have been convicted of, or who have committed, sex offenses or domestic violence are inadmissible and deportable.
